Actually there is no difference between general and premium members except that a premium member is a good job holder or a business man who is willing to support us financially and with their valuable advice. A premium member can ask for an executive board meeting if he sees any unfair means in the business or orphanage operation procedure. But he can do it once a year only. The required contribution to subscribe for premium membership is Tk. 1000/= monthly.

০১। ট্রাস্টের চেয়ারম্যান, ভাইস চেয়ারম্যান, জি এস ও এক্সিকিউটিভ সদস্যরা আপনার শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা ও দক্ষতার উপর ভিত্তি করে যে কোন সময় সাহায্যের আবেদন জানাতে পারেন। সেক্ষেত্রে বিশেষ কোন অসুবিধা না থাকলে আপনি সহযোগিতা করবেন।
1) Considering your educational qualifications & skills, the Chairman, Vice Chairman, GS and Members of Executive Committee of the trust may ask for your help. In that case, you will assist us if there lays no major problem with it.
০২। আপনি চাইলে আপনার পুরো বাৎসরিক অনুদান একত্রে প্রদান করতে পারবেন কিংবা অর্ধবাৎসরিকভাবেও দিতে পারবেন।
2) If you want, you can pay the whole yearly amount of donation in a single installment, or you can also pay it semi-annually.
০৩। যে কোন নির্বাচনে ভোটাধিকার প্রয়োগের জন্য আপনার সর্বশেষ মাস পর্যন্ত অনুদানের কিস্তি পরিশোধিত হতে হবে। অন্যথায় আপনি ভোট দিতে পারবেন না।
3) To be accredited for your voting right for elections in IOT, the last month’s installment of your donation has to be in a ‘Paid’ status. Or else, you will lose your voting right for the time being.
০৪। আপনার সম্পর্কে ট্রাস্টের অন্য কোন মেম্বার অভিযোগ করলে তা খতিয়ে দেখা হবে ও প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে।
4) In case of any complaint(s) against you from other Member(s) of IOT, the case will be investigated and necessary actions will be taken.
০৫। বাৎসরিক জেনারেল মিটিং এ আপনি অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবেন ও ট্রাস্টের ইনকাম স্টেটমেন্ট ও ফ্যাক্ট শীট আপনাকে বিতরণ করা হবে।
5) You will be able to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Trust and you will also be provided with the Income Statement & Fact Sheets.
০৬। আমাদের অরফানেজ প্রতিষ্ঠিত হলে ইনশাল্লাহ আপনি তা সপ্তাহের নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে ঘুরে দেখতে পারবেন।
6) After our orphanage being founded, you will be entitled to visit it during certain periods in a week.
০৭। সর্বোপরি ট্রাস্টের কর্মকান্ডে যথাসাধ্য সহযোগিতা করবেন ও বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ আচরণ করবেন।
7) Above all, you will assist in the trust’s activities as far as you can and you will act in a friendly manner.
০৮। একজন প্রিমিয়াম মেম্বার হিসেবে আপনি আমাদের আয়-ব্যয়ের স্বচ্ছতা খতিয়ে দেখতে বাৎসরিক জেনারেল মিটিং এ যেকোন ধরনের প্রাসঙ্গিক প্রশ্ন করতে পারবেন। সেক্ষেত্রে এক্সিকিউটিভ মেম্বাররা আপনার প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিবেন। আর যদি বৎসরের মধ্যবর্তী কোন সময়ে আপনি ট্রাস্টের আয় ব্যয়ের স্বচ্ছতা নিয়ে কোন সন্দেহ পোষন করেন তাহলে পরবর্তী যেকোন কার্যদিবসে আপনি এক্সিকিউটিভ মেম্বারদের মিটিং ডাকতে পারবেন। তবে আপনি তা বছরে মাত্র একবার করতে পারবেন।
8) As a Premium Member, you can ask any related question about our Income and Expense. In that case Executive Members will answer you. As well as, at any time you can ask for a Board Meeting in the next working day if you see any inappropriate use of fund or corruption. But you can do it just once in a year.
০৯। আমাদের ট্রাস্টের এক্সিকিউটিভ কমিটি তাদের বিশেষ পদাধিকার বলে আপনাকে যে কোন সময় বিনা নোটিশে বহিস্কার করার অধিকার সংরক্ষন করেন। তবে এক্ষেত্রে আপনার অনুদানের টাকা ফেরত দেয়া হবে কি হবে না, বা দিলে কতটুকু ফেরত দেয়া হবে, এ সংক্রান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়ার এখতিয়ার শুধুমাত্র এক্সিকিউটিভ কমিটির থাকবে।
9) Our Executive Committee by its special power holds the authority to ban you from the organization any time, without even prior noticing. In this context, whether you will be refunded or not, or if refunded, then to what extent, will be solely decided by the Executive Committee.
